All Sun Microsystems parts are known by at least two numbers, the X-Option number and the Part number. The best way to find out what part you have is the BarCode. 4. Assembly 540-5408 with 390-0121 failed Netra 20 ESD testing.
5. Netra 20 36GB Assembly 540-5694 (released in December 2002) includes drive 390-0121 as of March 2003.
